Jeffrey M. Schumm is a seasoned legal and compliance executive with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, serving in senior roles at both public and private companies, including Cardinal Health, Orthofix Medical, and Regeneration Technologies. He has extensive expertise in healthcare law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and legal strategy within the digital health, life sciences and medical device industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schumm was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida and practiced healthcare law at Holland & Knight LLP. He holds a Juris Doctor from Florida State University and an MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
